Loyalty programme

A simple programme for signed-in customers. You shop, you earn points, and you swap them for a coupon to use on your next order.

Earning points

You get 1 pt for every full PLN of a paid order. Only the value of products after discounts counts — shipping is excluded. Points appear on your account when the order status changes to "completed".

Swapping for a coupon

200 pts = a coupon worth 10.00 PLN. The coupon is single-use, tied to your account, with no minimum order value.

Validity

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. A coupon generated from points is valid for 3 months.

Returns

Returning an item subtracts points proportionally to the value of the returned products.

Combining coupons

Only one coupon can be used per order. A points coupon cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Account

The programme is only available for signed-in customers. You will see your balance and history in My account → Points.
