Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

The right to withdraw within 14 days

In accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving a reason and without incurring costs (except for the direct cost of returning the Goods).

Return conditions

• The Goods should be complete and in a condition unchanged beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• We recommend returning the Goods in their original packaging together with proof of purchase.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases indicated in Article 38 of the Act on consumer rights (e.g. goods made to individual order, or sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened).

Step-by-step procedure

1. Fill in the declaration — download and complete the withdrawal form template (below) or submit a declaration in another written form.
2. Send the declaration to michal.boniecki@horcha.pl or by post to the returns address. You will receive a confirmation of receipt.
3. Pack and send back the Goods within 14 days of submitting the declaration, to the return address given below.
4. Wait for your refund — we will refund the full order amount (including the cheapest delivery cost we offer) within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same payment method you used.

• The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your declaration of withdrawal.
• We may withhold the refund until we receive the Goods or proof of their return shipment (whichever occurs first).
• The refund is made through the same payment channel used to pay for the order.
• The direct cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Buyer.

Complaints (statutory warranty)

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to file a complaint under the statutory warranty. Details are in the Terms and Conditions, § 9.
