Delivery methods in Poland

Free delivery in Poland from 399 PLN

For orders worth 399 PLN gross and more shipped within Poland, delivery is free, regardless of the chosen method (InPost or courier; excludes cash on delivery). The threshold is calculated from product value after discounts. The threshold does not apply to international deliveries.

International delivery

Delivery outside Poland is always paid — the free delivery threshold does not apply. Cash on delivery is not available abroad.

• European Union — courier 59.99 zł, 3–7 business days.
• Europe outside the EU — courier 99.99 zł, 5–10 business days (customs duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the Buyer).
• Ukraine — courier 89.99 zł, 5–10 business days.

Processing time

• Orders placed and paid by 12:00 on business days ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 or over the weekend ship the next business day.
• Total delivery time is usually 1–3 business days from payment.
• We notify you by email with a tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.

Shipping area

We ship within Poland, to EU countries, other European countries and Ukraine. International shipping cost and time is shown in the cart once you pick the destination country. For deliveries outside the EU customs area, duties and taxes may apply in the destination country — these are paid by the buyer.

What if the parcel doesn't arrive?

If there are any delivery issues, contact us immediately at michal.boniecki@horcha.pl with your order number. We'll help track the shipment and resolve it.

Returns

You'll find the return procedure on the returns page. As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract.
