SOFT TENNIS SHOP LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS

Terms of 18.07.2026.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Polish version of these terms is the binding one.

Ā§ 1 Organiser

The organiser of the loyalty program (the "Program") is HORCHA SpĆ³Å‚ka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Sadowa 21, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, KRS 0000371294, NIP (VAT ID) 5291788833, REGON 142689307 (the "Organiser"), operating the Soft Tennis Shop online store at soft-tennis.eu (the "Store"). Contact: contact@soft-tennis.eu, tel. +48 728 860 608.

Ā§ 2 Participation

  1. Any Store customer holding an Account (a "Participant") may take part in the Program. Participation is voluntary and free of charge; enrolment occurs automatically the moment points are first credited.
  2. Points are assigned to the Participant's Account and cannot be transferred to another Account or exchanged for cash.

Ā§ 3 Earning points

  1. For every full złoty of the value of purchased products (after discounts, excluding delivery costs) the Participant receives 1 point.
  2. Points are credited once the order has been fulfilled. In the event of withdrawal from the contract or return of goods, points credited for the returned products are deducted.
  3. Points are valid for 12 months from the day they are credited; after that they expire. The Organiser may notify the Participant by e-mail of points expiring within the next 30 days, provided the Participant has consented to marketing communication.
  4. The current balance and points history are available in the Participant's Account.

Ā§ 4 Exchanging points

  1. A Participant may exchange 200 points for a one-time discount coupon worth PLN 10, valid for 3 months from generation and assigned to the Participant's Account.
  2. The coupon reduces the value of an order in the Store; it does not cover delivery costs and cannot be combined with other discount coupons (one order may use one coupon).
  3. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. An unused coupon expires at the end of its validity period; the points used to generate it are not returned.
  4. In the event of withdrawal from a contract covering an order paid for using a points coupon, the Organiser returns to the Participant the equivalent of the coupon in points.

Ā§ 5 Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the Program may be submitted to the Organiser's e-mail or postal address indicated in Ā§ 1. The Organiser will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

Ā§ 6 Changes and termination of the Program

  1. The Organiser may amend these terms for important reasons: changes to the Program's functionality, changes in the law, or changes to the Organiser's details. Participants will be informed of an amendment by e-mail at least 7 days before it takes effect. An amendment does not affect points credited before it takes effect.
  2. The Organiser may terminate the Program by informing Participants by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. Until the day the Program ends, Participants may exchange accumulated points under the rules set out in Ā§ 4.

Ā§ 7 Personal data and final provisions

  1. The controller of Participants' personal data is the Organiser. The details of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
  2. In matters not covered here, the Store's terms and conditions and the provisions of Polish law apply. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
