Pre-order −20% Promotion Terms

Last updated: 3 November 2026

TERMS OF THE “PRE-ORDER −20%” PROMOTION (CODE: PREORDER20)

These terms set out the rules of the promotion run in the Soft Tennis Shop online store at https://soft-tennis.eu.

§ 1 General provisions

  1. The organiser of the “Pre-order −20%” promotion (the “Promotion”) is HORCHA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Sadowa 21, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division, under KRS no. 0000371294, NIP (tax ID) 5291788833, REGON 142689307, share capital PLN 5,000.00 (the “Organiser” or “Seller”).
  2. The Promotion is run in the Soft Tennis Shop online store available at https://soft-tennis.eu (the “Store”).
  3. Capitalised terms not defined otherwise in these terms have the meaning given to them in the Store's Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Promotion is not a game of chance or a mutual bet within the meaning of the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.

§ 2 Duration of the Promotion

  1. The Promotion runs from 7 September 2026 until 15 November 2026, 23:59:59 Polish time.
  2. The moment the order is placed in the Store determines whether the Promotion was used within the deadline.
  3. The end of the Promotion does not affect rights acquired by Buyers while it was running — in particular, the discount applied to orders already placed remains in force.

§ 3 Conditions of participation

  1. The Promotion is open to every Buyer making a retail purchase in the Store. It does not apply to wholesale purchases made under B2B accounts, which are covered by a separate partner price list.
  2. To use the Promotion, add products to the cart during the Promotion period and enter the code PREORDER20 in the “Discount code” field before placing the order.
  3. The code entitles the Buyer to a 20% discount on all products available in the Store, with no minimum order value.
  4. The code is a shared code (not assigned to a specific person) and may be used multiple times, including more than once by the same Buyer. One discount code may be used per order.
  5. The Promotion covers pre-order purchases — shipping of ordered products starts from 30 November 2026, as indicated in the Store.

§ 4 How the discount is calculated

  1. The discount is calculated on the product prices in force in the Store at the time the order is placed, including prices already reduced as part of a sale.
  2. The discount does not cover delivery costs. The free-delivery threshold is determined on the basis of the order value after the discount.
  3. The discount is spread proportionally across all order items it covers.
  4. The code cannot be combined with other discount codes within a single order. Using the Promotion does not limit participation in the Store's loyalty programme, which is governed by separate terms.
  5. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
  6. Products added to an order free of charge (e.g. a free pump when buying a qualifying number of balls) remain free of charge and are not covered by the discount.

§ 5 Price information

  1. Product prices in the Store were not increased in connection with the announcement of the Promotion.
  2. Price information, including — where required by law — the lowest price of a product in the 30 days before a price reduction, is presented next to individual products in accordance with the Polish Act of 9 May 2014 on informing about prices of goods and services.

§ 6 Returns and product complaints

  1. The Promotion does not limit or exclude the rights Buyers have under the law, in particular the right of a consumer (and an entrepreneur with consumer rights) to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, and rights arising from the non-conformity of goods with the contract.
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract or an accepted complaint, the price actually paid for the product is refunded, i.e. the price after the discount. Where part of an order is returned, the part of the price attributable proportionally to the returned products is refunded.
  3. The rules on withdrawal and complaints are set out in the Store's Terms and Conditions and on the “Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract” page.

§ 7 Complaints about the Promotion

  1. Complaints concerning the Promotion may be submitted by e-mail to contact@soft-tennis.eu or in writing to the Organiser's registered office.
  2. The Organiser will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
  3. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the assistance of the Polish Trade Inspection and municipal (district) consumer ombudsmen. Details are available at www.uokik.gov.pl.

§ 8 Personal data

The Organiser is the controller of Buyers' personal data. Data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.

§ 9 Final provisions

  1. These Promotion terms are available free of charge in the Store in a way that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and stored.
  2. The Organiser may extend the duration of the Promotion. Ending the Promotion early or changing its terms is possible only for important reasons and does not affect rights acquired by Buyers before the change.
  3. In matters not regulated here, the Store's Terms and Conditions and generally applicable Polish law apply, provided that the choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
